For all wild and ridiculous claims uFunClub affiliates make in their marketing presentations, at its core uFunClub is a pretty bog-standard digital currency Ponzi scheme.

Having reviewed a few MLM digital currency schemes now, I can say that uFunClub is no different.

Affiliates invest in one of the five advertised packages. How much they invest directly impacts their earnings potential, and they are paid referral commissions to bring new investors on board.

As to the uToken digital currency, to put it bluntly: It’s all bullshit.

uFunClub simply adjust how much they wish to make it worth directly based on how much new affiliate funds are flowing into the scheme.

Basically affiliates are investing and hoping that the company continues to increase the inhouse value of uToken. Any perceived value is pegged directly on the amount of invested affiliate funds uFunClub currently hold in their reserve.

The rest is just your usual Ponzi smoke and mirrors, albeit on steroids because apparently the bar for bullshit detection in Asia isn’t set very high.

No doubt the countless images of real business you’ve never heard of accepting uToken will be heralded as proof of the legitimacy of uToken, but behind every business you’ll simply find a uToken investor – be it either directly or via relation/friendship.

They’re only accepting uToken to increase their share of the virtual currency uFunClub have deployed to front their Ponzi scheme. Again, hoping against hope that uFunClub will continue to raise the inhouse value of uToken indefinitely.

As with all Ponzi schemes, once new affiliate investment dries up the inhouse value of uToken will collapse. Having complete control over the virtual currency, uFunClub will adjust the price towards zero until new investment picks up again.

If it doesn’t, kaboom.

I’ve seen talk of uFunClub (or rather eager English-speaking uFunClub investors) hoping that the company cracks the western world sometime soon.

In the US, there’s no way known that this isn’t going to be looked at as anything but the offering of unregistered securities and shut down.
