EZmoney Frequently Asked Questions

What is EZmoney?
The EZmoney funding system is a free method for depositing money based on the Automated Clearing House (ACH) process. You can use this method to transfer funds between your checking / saving / money market account and your wagering account for immediate access.

How much does it cost to maintain and transfer funds?
We do not charge transaction fees for using EZmoney. However, any transactions returned by your bank will be subject to a $25.00 per item service fee. Consult with your bank to find out if additional fees are imposed.

How do I make an EZmoney deposit?
Please review your personal account information before you attempt to set up EZmoney. This will reduce the possibility that your activation will be denied. To update your information, click on "manage my account" from the home page. Then click on "update profile". Once you've updated your personal information, follow these steps to set up EZmoney:

1. Log on to our wagering account
2. Select "deposit" from the main menu
3. Click on the "deposit now" button next to the EZmoney option
4. Enter the required information to include your bank routing and account number and your Driver's License number (first time only)
5. Enter the amount you wish to deposit to your wagering account and select "submit deposit" 
Is there a delay in transferring funds to or from my EZmoney account?
Your EZmoney transactions may take three to five calendar days to complete the banking process. After your initial EZmoney transaction, no additional EZmoney transactions will be permitted until the first transaction successfully clears the banking system.

Transactions are generated electronically in a batch process. Funds requested on the weekend will be processed by our bank on Monday. In most cases you will not see any noticeable delay in the transfer process. At times of peak volume during heavy race schedules there may be a slight delay in the processing of EZmoney transactions.

How do I make an EZmoney withdrawal?
Once our account is activated and verified you will have the option to transfer funds to your bank account from your wagering account. You may withdraw any amount from your wagering account less any pending deposits that have not cleared the banking system. To make an EZmoney withdrawal, follow these steps:

1. Log on to your wagering account
2. Select "withdraw funds" from the main menu
3. Select "request funds to be electronically transferred via EZmoney"
4. You will be given the option to withdraw funds through our EZmoney account
How often can I use EZmoney to transfer funds?
The minimum amount for a single deposit transactions is $10. The minimum amount for a single withdrawal transaction is $0.01. The maximum amount of your initial EZmoney transaction is $100. After your first transaction successfully clears the banking system, your dollar-value limit for total transactions per seven banking days will be established at $1,000.

Electronic transfers from savings accounts are limited under federal regulations. Our system does not limit the number of individual transactions up to your established limit. Some bank services may have monthly transaction limits and charge you an additional service fee. Consult with your bank to find out if your bank imposes additional fees.

How do I change the bank information for EZmoney transfers? To change our bank account information:

1. Log on to your wagering account
2. Select "deposit" from the main menu
3. Click on the EZmoney icon
4. Click "create / edit account"
5. Enter your new bank account and driver's license information
6. Review and accept the terms and conditions and proceed
Important Notes:
If you have an EZmoney transaction pending on your old bank account, you cannot change to a new bank account until that transaction is closed. Changing your bank information does limit your "first time" deposit to one transaction which must clear the banking system before you can make a second transaction.
Your bank information cannot be deleted because your account was used for a financial transaction and we are required to keep this information for 7 years.  Your privacy is very important to us and, rest assured, we protect this information very securely and make sure it is kept confidential at all times.

How can I request an EZmoney limit increase?
To request an EZmoney limit increase, please contact a Player Services Representative. Please note that you may be required to complete and submit an EZmoney authorization form and a copy of a voided check. The EZmoney authorization form can be found online by selecting "manage my account" from the main page, then "View/Print Authorization Form".

How will this charge appear on my bank account statement?
Our merchant account name reads "Americatab" on your bank account statement for EZmoney transactions.

What do I do if I'm denied EZmoney activation?
There may be any number of reasons why an EZmoney account may be denied. You will be given the opportunity to attempt activation three times before the system locks you out. We recommend that you verify your account information and supply a valid email address before you attempt to activate your EZmoney account. Please contact a Player Services Representative if you have a problem activating your account or need to update your account information. Account updates cannot be done by email due to security reasons.

What information is checked by Equifax during the activation process?
EZmoney uses Equifax authentication services for account activation to verify identity and residence information supplied in the EZmoney setup process. Equifax is also a credit reporting company but no credit history information is accessed in the account activation process. All information collected will not be disclosed to other third parties, as provided in our Privacy Policy.

What does ACH mean?
ACH is an acronym that stands for Automatic Clearing House. The ACH Network is a highly reliable and efficient nationwide batch-oriented electronic funds transfer system governed by the NACHA OPERATING RULES which provide for the interbank clearing of electronic payments for participating depository financial institutions. The Federal Reserve and Electronic Payments Network act as ACH Operators, central clearing facilities through which financial institutions transmit or receive ACH entries.
