Your feedback matters! andrea milan, Italy Sep 12, 2016 Guest good company I think it is a good broker,at least my experience was good,they are based in Cyprus and regulated,good support abd easy withdrawal(i have only used skrill) The range of currency is good but neither endless Sep 18, 2015 - 1 Star Hi, I would like to tell you my personal bad experience with this broker: they are very fast to take money on deposit, problems come when you have to withdraw: - I tried a withdraw and first problem they rejected me the withdraw because they said the bank card was not verified, it's very curious and strange that verification is required afterwards on withdraw, on deposit no credit card verification required, funny, they have to be fast to take money ;-) - so I entered in the long trickery bank card verification process: it took me almost one week to complete the verification, I sent the scanned copy of bank card, they rejected because was not signed on the back side, ok I signed it and scanned again and resend, thay rejeced again now because the scanned copy was black & white and not in color, why do they need color copy if anyway the important info was clear also on the black & white scanned copy ? anyway I resend again scanned color copy. - after finally passed the bank card verification they said that they did the refund on the card for the required withdraw, conclusion ? I requested the withdraw on 24th august and now 19th september I didn't receive any money back yet! luckily I wasn't so stupid to deposit a big money quantity, anyway better to stay away from this broker. In accordance with the clause 13.3 of the Client Agreement we have to verify that you are owner of this bank card. The deposit on your trading account was processed automatically by Autodeposit option, hence the Payments Department is asking for verification of the bank card upon the review of your withdrawal request. Therefore, you were asked to pass bank card verification for the mentioned card: https://my.roboforex.com/en/operations/bank-cards/ Kindly note that you need to upload color scanned images or photos of the face and the back of both cards. The expiry date, the cardholder's name, and the card number (first 6 and last 4 digits) must be seen very clearly. The card needs to be signed on the back side, otherwise it is considered invalid in accordance with the Visa/MasterCard regulation. As regards the refund, the Payments Department is currently waiting for the official confirmation from payments system and Visa, that the refund was done successfully. You will get a reply in a ticket shortly. There is no broker with no negative side. and once they froze my affiliate link which was opened back later. help my withdrawal once in all my 5 years using them. but i give them a good rating because i got all my money and even when my affiliate was frozen they still paid me the one i earned earlier and i think any broker with a representative here shows how concerned they are about their customers and their opinions and they doing their best to be transparent. Here is my negative one about this broker. As this company declare that they cover negative balance it seems that they don't! It was fine when my negative balance was just few €, yes they reset it to zero, but one time it was -1.500 € and they decided NOT to cover it and worst of it, they took my funds from my other accounts to cover this negative one. After that you passed bank card verification and made another withdrawal request on bank card but it was cancelled on side of payment system with the following reason: "your card is not supported in the MasterCard's CFT (Credit Funds Transfer) program".We made refund up to deposited amount upon your acceptance in ticket. Rejected my withdrawal 3 times and still waiting I provided my card pictures front and back and billing statement with address and passport. In comparrison to the same ea and strategy run on other brokers, roboforex trades always lost twice as much as any other broker. Massive spreads on FTSE. I had numerous problems with them when I wanted to withdraw my money from my account.
